Default Motor Mechanics Wanted

I have a friend who has a workshop currently looking for 1 or 2 Motor Mechanics, need to be reliable & honest.
The workshop is in the Airport West area, its a Mon to Fri with 8am start.
Majority of the work is suspension strip and replace parts.

Good luck finding them. In the west there harder to find than hens teeth! And it will only get worse.

It appears that someone has failed to invest in the future by not doing enough and schooling apprentices in a lot of trades.
Hopefully we well see a lot more of our taxes invested in the young so the next generation has more trades persons.

I aggree, problem is why be a mechanic and get payed crap wages when you can be a plumber, sparkie or chippie and afford an XR8 ute on 2nd year wages...

Dunno what its like down in Melbourne but Im a sparky in Sydney. Im fully qualified and on a pretty good package for the industry but the money certainly isnt flash.
