Summernats 2006

Who's going to Summernats 19? I've booked a unit for 10 and have nine confirmed. Just wondering how many of you guys from down south are heading there. last two years i've noticed not a big showing of E-series vehicles. Cruised mine last year and got a lot of positive feedback.

I'd said for years gotta go, gotta go. I was still living in Tas then and when i moved to Brisbane still said same thing. Finally went to Summernats 17 and now its a permanent fixture on my calender, i have my holidays from work booked nearly 12 months in advance its a must do.

a few of us are planning the trip again....

Anyone know what the name of the motel/caravan park thats nearly across the road with the really long driveway into it is called? We really want to stay there again but can't remember the name of the joint.

Rayman Its the Carotel motel 0262411377 thats where we stayed and staying again. Depends where you heading from The Lion Rampant pub at Mittagong does the best Huge steaks cheap, the plate isn't big enough for it!

I for one wont be going, due to the amount of D!ckheads there last year...

I dont want to start anything by that, just my opinion...

Fair comment dude, we camped the first year and then stayed at the Carotel so as soon as they started running a muck we took the cars away and parked them. I for one love a drink but can restrain myself for one of the best 4 days of the year.

I think we all know Dave Ritchie wont get a 4 day pass his year!

That very fair myself and my mates have been going 4 the past 4 years and threre are more sweet people than ********'s. each year the ******** are thining out. MAYBE WE DONT HAVE ANY PROBLEM'S BECAUSE WE DON'T TAKE FROM ANYBODY. last year ii only saw only 2 fights and about ten or so fireworks. Other years have been mayhem but i think its starting to tame down. :eclipsee_ Im packed and ready to go.

i'll be there, like every year ,i stay at my auntys only cause it's free

and i didnt see or hear any bad behaviour last summernats ,maybe i was in the right place at the right time who knows
