I'm listing this for my dad who is currently overhauling/repainting the boat but is having some trouble with it. The boat was painted with british marine enamel about 12 yrs ago, now the paint is faded hense the overhaul/paint. But there appears to be mold coming through the paint from the fiberglass is there a cleaning -sealing chemical, I can use before repainting or is there something more serious in the glass and the boat just be wrecked.
