Default Recall on LS Focus?

not sure whether it's true or not. but is there actually a recall on the LS focus. to do with the rear brake hose rubbing? or is it just a campaign recall?

They did this recall service (or whatever it's called) last time I had my car in at Ford. Apparently the rubbing of the brake hose on the inner guard can lead to the hose rubbing through and brake failure. The service tech said mine was close to failure at the time (35,000kms).

I stuck my hand in there today to have a feel and I can see where it touches the guard but there was no damage as of yet. This was the rear left wheel where the stupid knocking noise is coming from, I moved the hose around a bit to see if it makes a difference..

I just had my 30,000km service and there was no mention of a recall.
