The back is easy, undo the shocks at the bottom and the top (fold rear seat down remove plastic covers either side), jack the car up under the centre of the diff, support the chassis on stands, drop the diff to the ground and watch everything fall out

Don't undo the centre one at the top of the strut tower YET ;) ;)

IIRC all u need to undo are the three nuts around the centre one (for the top part of the spring/strut combo). I don't exactly remember the bottom part unfortunately. You'll need a mate to stomp on the disc rotor for ya in order to get the combo out.

ok well i dont have a mate or anyone else here at the moment so is there another technique that someone else has used when there by themselves to get the front strut combo out and new ones in

remove the top a-arm (4 nuts in the engine bay) use a bar to put load on the bar running from the bottom suspension towards the front of that car, should you give you enough clearance to remove them.

If yo udo the above and remove the front guards then it gets really easy (a bit extreeme, but sometimes extreme is quicker and less hassle)
