I have just bought a WQ Zetec and I would like to know how to get the Home Safe Lights to work ?. The Welcome Lights work. So, I would assume the Home Safe Lights should also ??? It is also annoying that the auto doesn't get the Aux Socket for the MP3 player but the manual model does !!!
Cheers

Stop engine. Turn lights off on off quickly. Sorted in theory.

Go into your trip computer menu and turn the function for home lighting on. There's a whole lot of options like flashing the hazards on emergency braking and lane chance indicator flashes.

My dealer told me the message centre is only on the XR4. Not accessible in the other FIESTAS.

It may not be enabled on your car. I noticed in the manual that it says some models only.
It definately is only a matter of flicking the headlight switch on and off after turning the car off to active the Home Safe lights. Use it all the time. I'd give Ford a ring and find out if your Zetec should have it, if it should they will be able to enable it.
