Anyone else seen the new edited XR6 commercial? Its basically the same add as before showing the blue XR6 driving down the highway yet at the beggining of the add narrator says "The average heart beats at 80 BPM at rest....". As the add continues there is a heart BPM in the top corner which gradually increases up to a much higher number. Few things are mentioned such as "Falcon - first Australian car to recieve 5 start ANCAP safety rating" etc etc and at the end the new slogan reads FALCON - it just keeps winning". Not a bad effort, much better than the original boring commercial and it's about time Ford started to market their products more.

Yeah, its not a bad way of recycling an old ad.
Us auto enthusiasts would only be picky because we're 'in the know' I would've liked to hear a 'roar' at the end as it pulled away, but waddaya do? |

This add is now alot better, makes you take more notice and tells you more about the car itself, good job i say, and it does get played a fair bit, ive seen it 3 times in two days which is alot for Ford!
