In times of trouble it pays to be diplomatic right until the end. When all diplomatic avenues are exhausted and there is still no one listening it is time to either walk away...a loser..or to fight. The way I see it is that if we I go quietly into the night that I am not a fighter but a giver upper.

I will talk to these guys soon and if I dont get the co operation...
No mate its always frustrating but there are lots of Avenues, unfortunately it takes the patience of Job. Not easy with a dispute ongoing.. Stick by it.. Annoy your local member, councillor etc.. There are lots ways, stand your ground!

Those who call Lawsie, ACA, TT ect often do with the misguided belief they care. Its just a Haven for fanatics, you problem would be dropped in a millisecond in favour of the latest maniacal rant from the halls of the pedestrian council. You have a viable business, a healthy family and a balanced life how is does that fit the mould of sensationalist media fodder?

Well after a few rounds on the punching bag my aggression has dissappeared and I have been thinking straight.

After much time on the phone to the surveyors and in negotiations with my neighbour today we have finally come to an agreement which will be favourable to both parties. All it needs now is to be done in writing and lodged with the council for approval.Once done in a few weeks it will be all over.

Thanks for your support all.

It is amazing how that in times of need that the common people can be of great help with their thoughts in conversation.

I am starting to chill out now....finally after some 12 months resolution seems so close..
