If anyone on the forum is a flight simmer you may be interested in this.
A group called Seven-G are currently coding a FA/18 carrier based sim, early days of development but shows very good promise with Version 1.03 just released. The final release version will be a free game. Check it out and see what you think : http://www.seven-g.com/ |

It doesn't even work :( It says this when i have selected the training mission, and go to fly. I click ok, but just runs in a continuous loop of that window. Only way to close the program is in system manager. The menu layout is fine, but the text looks like its from the 80's. 73mb download for those interested.

It looks to me like it can't render in Direct3D and is attempting to force run in software mode, what video card do you have ?

Sounds like an infinite loop as if it is trying to do something but there is no way of breaking out of it.
Enable the debug output and see what it spits out for lulz : |

i have a 3 year old laptop, with geforce go 6150. This plays half life 2 on near full graphics.
edit-- I turned the graphics down, to 800X600. Works now. But you need a damn good computer, awesome ingame graphics, mine was going at 13fps.....
