Can I just state the obvious to everyone over the easter holidays.
DRIVE SAFE!! I know we have a few police and paramedics here and as nice as it is to meet fellow forum members I am sure they don't want to see you as much as you don't want to see them over the holidays and to emphasize the point of my drive back from Deer Park to Ballarat (60k's or 30/40 min drive) there was: -> Fully Marked T'tory you couldn't see till you were on top of it. -> Speed camera -> Breath test -> Vicroads inspections -> Weight bridge -> 3 Unmarked cars patrolling -> 2 fully marked patrol cars patrolling So enjoy your easter and wherever your going just remember the beach, hill, caravan park etc will still be there even if you are 10mins late. HAPPY EASTER!! :eclipsee_

You forgot to mention the blue van with the tripod behind it which is used for number plate recognition.
I was heading Melbourne bound at around 12.30pm and it was in full operation then. Victoria has never had double demerit point penalties but it may be introduced in the future. |
