I went over to the olds house and caught the last 2 minutes of an interview (or a flashback from a previous interview) on ABC TV.
The interviewee was, from what I can gather a CEO of a banking / investment institution. He replied with such arrogance to the questions the interviewer and the staff behind the scenes started to make fun of him. The topic while I was watching was the lack of a rate drop inline with the RBA drop. I wouldn't mind seeing the interview from the beginning to see how it got to the stage where someone behind the scenes ended the interview by playing a parrot sound effect and the CEO turning around and saying 'Oh shut up' on camera.  : Anyone see it? I'm scanning google to see if I can find the name of the program it was on, and if they have clips of things like that online. It was on roughly between 8 and 8:45 Sydney time. Haaaa found it.
Seems it was a gag segment done by the 7:30 report. Watching it from the beginning makes it clear, but it seems I missed ther first 20 seconds of it so I took it as a factual interview. http://www.abc.net.au/7.30/ Scroll down to "Clarke and Dawe on the Major Banks" on the right hand side lol. |
