Default Small Ford test n tune drag day May 24th

in association with the zephyr club and the small ford alliance

held at heathcote park raceway

Meet at Ford, Campbellfield on the Hume Highway at 9.00 am.
To leave at 9.30 am, to get to track for scrutineering by 10.30 am
The Zephyr and Zodiac Owners Club Of Melbourne, in conjunction with the
Small FORD Alliance wish to invite one and all to have a bit of friendly
competition on the track. This day is open to anyone, not just us, but previous
experience has found the Test ‘N’ Tune days allow sufficient track time for all.
The cost for the day to compete is about $ 40. Whilst the rules of drag racing are
very much safety focused, the rules of compliance are very easy to meet.
The main rules are firstly, and obviously, the use of an approved helmet, secondly
that your vehicle is basically roadworthy, in particular that there are no fluid leaks
on the track (radiator overflow bottle required), and finally that long sleeve clothing
be worn. Yes, there are more rules, but compliance with these rules are very
easy to follow as they are more in line with on track behaviour. A detailed list of
those rules will be provided as we get closer to the day. Otherwise, more info can
be found at www.heathcoteraceway.com.au (Barnadown Rd, Knowsley, VIC
3523) or (03) 5439 1288
Contact Kevin Murray on 0408 991 661 for more info.
