Default Perfect engine for HSV W427 successor

http://www.motorauthority.com/hennes...-zr1-spec.html

I’m pretty sure the supercharged LSA is a cheaper option than the LS7 despite having more power and torque

There will not be a predecessor to W427. Sure looks like a ballbreaker though. And 11.8 qtrs to boot!

HSV have ordered up some heavy duty shocks and are trial fitting their new engine, who says you don't need displacement and then as a bonus its turbo charged. Should see off the Ford F16.

Badmac, do you think they'll do an alloy version, you know, for better weight distribution?

As I said on another forum,

I think that will do the trick. Works for both V6 and V8 models.

What is the physical size difference between the Boss and the LS3 lumps?

My guess is a cargo ship or oil tanker. Google "ship engines" and you see some wicked photos.
