There's a lot of talk going around about the Federal ALP's perceived mismanagement of the economy and that they will most likely be a one term government.
While this may well be true the alternative, Malcolm Turnbull, doesn't seem to be making much headway in the polls...so will Peter Costello make a bid for the leadership of the Libs and go on to become our next PM in 2010?

I pray that this happens, JH was the best in my lifetime but he made the error of holding on too long. Perhaps the Libs needed to lose the last election for the Australian people to see that Peter Costello's somewhat arrogant appearance and often larikin demeanour was always going to be a better bet than what we got.
Proud to say that I did not vote for these clowns in power at the moment. Daniel |

The Liberals seem so desperate to get back in power... They're not even talking politics anymore, they just unravel somthing bad about the labour parties members and expose them.... And some people just cast the silliest votes.... Like that guy who was sniffing chairs and stuff... He ends up being picked for the Prime position that he went for, over people who were working hard and stuff.....
JH was a good PM for his first term and that was it, his last years as PM absolutely F$^#ed your average aussie.... He fought for the rich, no offense to anyone here, but its true. PEACE OUT HOMIE!  :
