Just to clarify; with the dual TPS' the wire colours are completely different on the manifold loom side. The EFI one goes straight in to the manifold loom, but the TCM one goes in to an "extension lead" thing, and then hooks straight in to the auto loom which would be on the firewall from EA2-EB1.

The colours for the wires on the auto loom are blue with different stripes, whereas the ones for the ECU are cream, orange and red.
