Question What On Earth Is This????????

driving home from work tonight on the M4 in sydneys west i cam upon a new caprice . it was silver in colour , a sedan , and it had a CHROME NO PLATE . NO MARKINGS NUMBERS OR LETTERS . just a pressed out GOLD CROWN . in the centre of the plate. the front was the same . the car had a flag pole on the front with the flag wrapped up tightly around it . the car was not escorted by any other vehicles and the windows were'nt blacked out . it had a driver only in it with a blue suit and white collor . the back windscreen had about 6 aerials sticking up .
ANYONE KNOW WHAT THE PLATES REPRESENT. ????
THE CROWN WAS 3 DIMENSIONAL ( PRESSED OUTWARSDS ) IT LOOKED LIKE A ROYAL CROWN IT WAS GOLD AND MORONE.

Just the governor's car? I think it might be a number of gov't vehicles that have the Crown on them.

"shield of the crown" lol. Lawyers/law students represent.

In NZ, the only car I've seen with a crown was our Governor General's.
