Default Fiesta Zetec - Moondust Silver

I picked up my new car yesterday afternoon and already I've got looks coming my way everytime I'm out driving it

The windows are tinted and I also got the illuminated scuff plates but I was thinking it would be red like the one in the brochure but it's silver and I'm wondering perhaps maybe they forgot to put the illuminated scuff plates??? Anyway, I've put a close up pic of it in case you wanted to have a look

Not bad for a first car... :P

I think they forgot to install them. They look just like the standard scuff plates in all Zetec models. Do they illuminate?

Wow Silver was my first and origional colour, and well, far out the silver looks amazing. That front shot, photography or the colour, looks great. The chrome seems to ehance the silver in your pictures, as apposed to clashing with it. Looks tops man, congrats! More pictures haha!!!

Nope, it doesn't seem to illuminate, they probably did forget to install it. Do my scuff plates look like yours?

I want to add more pics so you can see the tinted windows better but I'm having trouble resizing the pics to make them smaller, at the moment theyre HUGE! and everytime I try uploading I'm "exceeding my quota"

Your Scruff Plates look exactly like mine, the normal standard scruff plates in all Zetec models. Will hopefully get around to installing my iluminated scruff plates this weekend.

Would most likely look the same as my scuff plates too if they are standard issue on the Zetecs but I won't know 100% until Friday. Man I'm gonna be so buggered on Friday cause I'm working night shifts for the next 3 nights so won't get to have a good drive until next week.

Magenta,

This is mine (definitely not illuminated).

Rather annoying they "forgot" such an expensive item. :

To resize your photos, download Irfanview (free) from http://www.irfanview.com

Open the photo in it, select "Image" then "Resize/resample". I usually select 600x800 and save as a jpg.

Nicely done mate, Im not a Fiesta guy but I saw one in moondust at the lights the other day and did a double take. I was pretty impressed something that looks so good had a Ford badge in the front, very euro look.

Thanks heaps Fiesta Girl!

I've added a pic of the side so you can see the tinted windows

Those are the standard scuff plates. We have a silver one, if you haven't seen one in person is hard to apreciate how good a silver it is much more bling than typical and definatly the equal to any other colour in the AU Fiesta range (possible execption being the black )

Not generally a big fan of silver but must say it looks great on your Fiesta. Nicely set off by the dash of Zetec chrome and tinting. Great looking package overall. What a fantastic first car for you Magenta.
My first car was coloured rust...wait...that was rust. ;>)
