Default why does my car just over boost ??

hi there does anyone have a problem of there xr6 turbo just over boosting just hitting hi boost if anymone does did they find the problem :

check the vacuum hose on the boost soliniod.

This can be caused by many things..

Can you please explain what RPM it happens and a little more details will help me sort out the problem.

Mostly this problem is caused when people put new exhuast or intercoolers on turbo cars.

Feel free to call if as it might be easier to answer all your question

hi there just when its boost every now and then it just goes on high boost could it be the computer because i have a mark 1 and i have a mark 2 computer what do u think it,s done 2 rods now 2 diffrent engines cheers blue power

Well i think you need to get the car checked out by a tuning shop to reallly get to the bottom of the problem..

If you have stuffed 2 engines this could be caused by even more problems ..
What state and area do you live in as i can put you onto a good tuning shop to help you out..
