I've got quite a few mates who have written off the holden commodores... rather scary... and they all were speeding.
as for the License issue, I just spent two days trying to get the mrs. her learners because the disgruntled pen pusher decided we didnt have the correct documentation,... which we did.... and when questioned about it, she told us that our documentation was now invalid. Took it down the road to another transport centre and got it approved with LESS documentation than we originally had. Moral of the story? We need more disgruntled pen pushers, because after you've traveled over 100k's and been to banks, shopping centres, trawled through your bills, personal documents, tax returns, employment details, certificates, wallets, etc etc etc you WANT to just give up. |

LTDHO, you will get many crashes through the day through all media nationwide, in NSW over 170K per year alone, some of those are of course fatal. More for your list as an example:- http://www.theherald.com.au/news/loc...t/1559724.aspx http://www.theherald.com.au/news/loc...h/1559334.aspx http://www.theherald.com.au/news/loc...h/1538508.aspx http://www.boostcruising.com/forums/...p?showforum=15

Unfortunately, alot of accidents are with 60+, but as they are not 'Hoons' then they don't get a mention. I reckon over the last two weeks, 25% of the incidents I've had are 60+.

Check out this GMH VB Commodore crash test video.
http://www.caradvice.com.au/34546/th...sh-test-video/ There are some conditions attached though. Ie read what Phase3 has to say. it was a standard second hand car, the tailshaft removed and 300kg of sand ballast added. A 75kg dummy was also installed on the rear seat.

As they say look were you want to go.
In a panic drivers tend to focus on things they don't want to hit and and up driving straight into them. |

Saw a VL on Bell St today that had gone straight into a a pole (passenger side spot). Still trying to work it out as this rd is 3 lanes and dead straight.
