Default ZEX perimiter nitrous plate

Im replacing my NOS big shot plate with a ZEX perimiter plate, i know NOS brand jets arent suitable but need to know will the ZeX jets fit into the -6 lines that are supplied with the NOS big shot kit??

Cheers

Don't the jets sit inside an A/N fitting? Nothing goes in the line itself. It depends what size line is run with the zex kit. If it is a dash 4 line then use a speedflow Dash 6 to Dash 4 reducer. If the zex plate uses A/N fittings then yes the Dash 6 line will fit somehow.

Im worried about the ZEX jets not being compatible with the an fitting, ive heard they are dimensionally different from the NOS brand jets but not sure if they mean flow wise or outside dia. wise

You would assume that they mean flow rate as all nitrous kits are built with commercially available A/N fittings used. All commercially available A/N fittings are interchangable with the same threads and I/D's used. The O/D's, external appearance and the internal flow characteristics are the only variances better different brands of fittings

Found this at Summit

"If converting your NOS® or Edelbrock® plate system to the
ZEX™ Perimeter Plate, you will need to purchase ZEX™ compatible jets in the sizes that NOS® and Edelbrock® recommend for the plate you are replacing."

leave em out then !!
That will give you more !
perhaps the plate can't flow more than 175, or the solenoids etc
don't forget the plate also has to flow the fuel as well.
