Default turbo 4 cyl falcon?

this is an article about the new focus but it says and I quote the article

it was annonced around middle of last year, its part of ford australia's $230 million investment in the falcon and territory range, along with the ecoboost 4cylinder, there will be new LPG system for the egas I6, euro IV complaint I6 and a turbo diesel for the territory.
