Not sure about those but European Parts were an absolute pleasure to deal with when I got all my car parts. I've since ordered the leather handbrake lever. I have the short throw shifter if anyone is interested in pictures. Absolute little beauty! Interested in the K&N pack. Seems reasonable.

Pics of the short shifter would be good, thanks.

Hows it shift like now? Any noticable difference?

Just make sure they get your address right... They screwed up my house number and the full extent of his help was "that's not good, maybe you should go to their house and ask them to let you know when it arrives there?"

They have very poor aftersales support if anything goes wrong...

What would you have Sasha do? Fly to Australia and talk to the people direct?

I found them fantastic, but I do have to agree. At my work, I always try and find out questions regarding our products should I not be able to answer them. When asking of the location of the GEM (Global Electronic Module) he wasn't too much help, but for the price I got my things for, along with the quality, I'm very happy! Will definitely go back!

Got some tips for how to hot wire them LOL, but no one knows. But I'll just wait and show Ford. Was meant to do it last week but too busy trying to soak up the sun before I got trapped back in my padded cell at work!

Yes, that is exactly what I wanted. </sarcasm>

I noticed his mistake as soon as he sent me the shipping confirmation and the package was still at the DHL shipping facility in Germany.

Calling DHL in Germany for me to attempt to have the item re-directed would have been a nice place to start... DHL Australia couldnt help me.

Many others have had similar issues with aftersales support being lacking.

free translation is good... even if its not fully correct, you can usually get the gist of what is being said

Is that "CAIS" kit replace the airbox, because uncovered pod filters are illegal here.
