Blue smoke is oil, if i remember correctly. Does it lose any at all?

Its probably oil leaking past one of your valve stem seals into the combustion chamber of one or more of your cylinders and then getting burnt when you fire it up.

If this is the case you need to replace the valve stem seals in your head.

Don't assume that the valve stem seals were replaced, just because the head was replaced, some places cut corners if offereing cheap repairs.

Have the valve guides been replaced?

If they are worn it could cause a valve stem seal not to seal correctly

If it's blue it points to the valve stem seals leaking after sitting for a few hours, it either has a damaged seal from fitment or the smoke may not be blue, otherwise I'm out of ideas.

if it's blue, it has to be getting oil into the combustion chanber from somewhere, the only place normally when left sitting is stem seals.
