Default Holden Vs Ford

Congrats to the trophy winners.

Late finish having to bring 2 cars home - had a good time and great to have a chat with the club members - BUT
The organisers will have to look at the shows format for next year - they need to drop the entry prices for showing your car and try to get more clubs involved. They tried to make it more of an exclusive show car event instead of an event where you could turn up with your standard/modified/show car and show it along with your mates from the club. My HOK GT was a show car and was built for that purpose - my new Super Pursuit will not be in the same category as my GT was but I still like to show the car and meet up with the members and view all of the other cars on display.

For those who attended Tomago Show N Shine you would have to say it left this weekend show for dead and many of you have been to other shows where they have been a lot better attended than the Holden Vs Ford and a hell of a lot better variety of cars.

Well it is over now and I will put it in the past - they will need to give it a serious face lift for next year for me to consider going along.

Ciao - James

Yes the show was a bit of a let down this year compare to past years. But it was a real shock to get 3rd place.
