Default EA Colours?

The recently closed "Spotted" thread got me thinking (Dangerous I know!), but I don't think I've ever seen a Green EA? Did they come in Green? If so, what sort of green was it? I'm completely thrown by the thought that Ford could have forgotten such a basic colour when releasing the Fabled EA?

The one I saw was an olivey green colour.

But I've been warned not to mention green EA's. They trigger a severe loss-of-sense-of-humor reaction in higher-up E-mutants...

One thing that doesn't say is which models the colours came out on. For example Everglade Green is still listed as EA-ED but it came out on the EB, not the EA. The only green I've seen on the EAs is a light silvery coloured green. Looks a bit like Ice Mint Silver on the BAs but is a tiny bit darker.
