Default America's version of FPV?

I was wondering the other day if Aus has the F6 Typhoon ect and a performance brand of fords, do the Americans have similar?
I just had a gander and found the new 2010 Taurus SHO, which looks to be better then any 2010 model falcon :|

SVT used to be it but from memory they gave them a fair cutting back a few years ago. I could be wrong though.

I just wish FPV were more like SVT, they turn out some real beasts

Here's an example => http://www.fordvehicles.com/f150raptor/

Its 140 from what I saw an that's miles per hour. Not that a speedo is relevant.

The Taurus SHO is AWD, a bit on the heavy side, but a goer.

Seems an awful waste not using all the speedo maybe you should turbocharge it

back on topic: I love the American Fords. They know how to advertise as well.

The Taurus SHO is not an SVT product. It's part of the standard Ford range. The only SVT product right now is the F-150 Raptor.

I was under the impression SVT still was the FPV equivalent. But Shelby are the go to's for Mustangs...

I'm not really sure how Ford deals with the Roush and Saleen Mustangs. Heck even the Shelby GT500 is standard Ford product.

Cool...so it will almost be able to keep up with a stock FG F6 then Until the F6 gets a tune...

The SHO does look nice, and on the track with AWD it would be very competitive. They are quite expensive though aren't they?

Great contribution

IMO i like the Taurus it was in a recent car mag (cant remember which) but they look stunning. The SHO might be heavy but still not a bad performer

The SHO Taurus i awsome, sure the AWD makes it heavier, but they've pumped some grunt into it,I remember in the passed SVT had Mustangs and a Focus, both went pretty well from my recollection.
