Hi all, the time has come to thin the car fleet out and be a
little more realistic with 4 cars and only 2 of us to drive them so we have regrettably decided to sell the Cougar and our Fairmont, the kitty is in mint condition in and out and has 4K++ of wheels tyres and suspension mods, has done 157K and has had all the pre 150K issues fixed (Aircon compressor, IMRC, IACV have all been replaced with new) it was at one stage the only Kitty in Oz with 19" rims, has been in "Street Ford Mag" also won "Best Cougar" 2006 at the NSW all Ford Day and "Best Presented" & "Members Choice" at the 2007 All Ford Day, everything works as it should, also has cold air intake pod, car is a Dec 2000 with first rego 2001, car will be sold with 12 months rego, asking $12,000. might sound a little high but this is a very unique looking car, with good money spent on it, if you don't like talking to strangers this might not be the car for you as you get pulled up all the time with "Nice Car Mate" "What kind of car is that" Pic's available here Clicky Contact Mark via PM or call 0425253631 Cheers Mark

And there goes another. I know what you're going through man. It's a hard thing to do. Parting with such a beautiful vehicle. It will be missed!

I couldn't do it. Coped lot of things to keep it. At one stage I have prepared ad and took photos as well. There are lot of great cars around but this one is unique. Every time you jump in and go on drive you feel great and exciting. You will never get a feeling that you are driving same old boring car.

Hey Mark,
Good to see you're still about! I thought you'd sold the Cougar ages ago? Good luck with the sale, I hope she goes to a good home. Sadly, this time will come for a lot of us sooner or later. Especially with them aging - mine will be 10 years old soon and I think I'll be looking for a replacement in the next 12 months. At least by then I'll have 6 years of awesome memories that'll never be forgotten! As I'm sure all Cougar owners can relate to Cheers, Dan
