Default Washer jets blocked and whipers not working

Hey guys, posting this for EBII Falcon (wardy) because his still at school now. We both had morning classes today, in our break we went out to look at his car. He told me that the washer jets wheren't spraying water. So we had a look and all seemed fine. We then jumped back into the car turned it on and the windscreen whipers didnt work. There is a wire that comes off the water tank for the wash jets, this was connected to the tank but nothing else.
So now both the whipers and washer jets dont work :

His car is a EBII Falcon GLi, any help would be great.

Thanks Paul and Daniel

I thought my jets were not owrkomg at one stage, so I took th ehose off and sure enough water went everywhere.

I actually had a crap load of polish stuck in the nossles..lol A quick clean fixed that.

Funny story though - went to supercheap to get some new nossles (before I cleaned them) and asked where they were. The reply was "we dont stock nossles unless they have LED's........"

Yeap, I just left.

But both have gone at the same time, so maybe its down closer to the storage tank rather than the nozzles.

IS the washer bottle pump making funny noises? Do what I did to see of the washers were blocked, fill ya mouth with water, pull the hose off the pump and blow the water out through it. If the water isnt going anywhere there could be a blockage at the T connector, that seperates the one pipe to two.

The washers and wipers work on the same circuit. The fuse for it is on the bottom row about 2 or 3 from the left from memory. Check that. It would explain why the wipers don't work at least.

20 bucks it's the fuse. Odds of them all stopping at once are too high.

yeah guys, its full of water, we checked that first of all. I think Dan may have taken it down to the local mechanic to get it checked out, not sure tho.
You cant be without your wipers at this time of the year with the changing weather.

I drove for a couple of weeks without wipers, it rained a few times but no dramas, the faster you go the better the vision.

I'm guessing it was the fuse too ?
