nah nah nah the emporer told skywalker that it was fully operational and his buddies on the moon were captured and to prove it to him he blew up a ship in the rebel fleet and admiral shnapper head akbar pood his pants

The Dreadnought Class Super Star Destroyer would have to be my ride of choice. The enterprise would be like a bug hitting its windshield...

Yes, it was fully operational to be able to attack, but it did not have sufficient shielding and that is why there was a facility on Endor to generate a shield which protected the Death Star.

"Now witness the firepower of this fully ARMED and OPERATIONAL battle station!"


As for what happened on Endor with the Ewoks, it reflects badly on the stormtroopers. However, stormtroopers do not commmand Star Destroyers.
