So for the past year I've been training in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and a mix of stand up styles.
Just wondering if there's anyone else out there training the same stuff. In my time ive had the joy of meeting Rodrigo and Royce Gracie. Its definatly something id reckon for those looking to get fit easily or those looking for some fun.
