Default 28/9 WSID results,

Great night at wsid, just a shame that there were no other BA XR8's out there. Good too see that there are plenty of turbo boys out playing and ladies!
And I am very proud that the other half got out in the XR6t and gave it ago, and run a 15.0 and was so happy. She's a good girl, now she understands why we love it! Best of all, I have the ok too spend up too finish the XA coupe. :1syellow1
The BAXR8 ute run
13.67 @ 103.46
13.79 @ 103.14
13.69 @ 103.35
13.79 @ 102.35
13.69 @ 102.94
Thanx Chris (myv8) for your help, Especially for helping the little woman get over her nerves and showing her what too do. She,s very happy! Thanku :hihi:

It's good to get out there with you boy's (and girls) while my car is unwell.
It was great to see your other half having a go, hope to see her there again.
Hope you finished the night of in style at Homebush.

See you next time mate.

: She wants too go back racing next week, but unfortunatly we will be on the Gold Coast.....
And she is still smiling! I am not sure whether its because of the drag racing or homebush. most likely the racing. :
Apparently I have to teach her how to do a burnout, then she wants to race the ute! Hmmmmm She has been bitten good. :evil3:
Ps Chris she says you could sell oil too the arabs.

Sure is 155,000 klm and its not even 2yrs old yet. 60ft were 2.1's on Fulda tyres. on the dunlop sp3000 my 60 ft were 2.0. last time out. : and still the standard diff gears. I think I have to put some 3.7's in too help but still keep the drivability for work.

Thanks Wade, now I am worried about giving her the keys for the ute. She went 7mph faster than me in the t and nearly equalled my et. I would hate to have her beat up on my PB in the ute! :
But I must say it was a great move getting her too have ago.
We will be back out there in 2weeks giving it another run! Check out badger for the photo's Wade, some good burnouts in the ute. :

i would opt for a 4.10, the first gear in the auto at 2.3 is too short. 4.10 on the highway with 18's will give 2500rpm at 110 in overdrive.

say goodbye to about 4 tenths. the tune? hard to say with your car, as it is quite well tuned as it is, but minimum tenth and a half just in the tune.

Sounds bloody good to me!!!!!!!!
I am going to give the little woman a drive next week in the ute with it in its current form. It looks like I may have a buyer for the haltech. As soon as I pull it out I will dyno the car and send you the results (a/f's) etc and see what you can send me up. :
Thanks for your help Chris, looking forward too doing business.

Good stuff Rich, they're great times! If you feel like wondering out there this Wednesday night I'll see you there. Mine's bumping and clanging, I hope it gets through the night. Maybe we can go toe to toe again???, this time I hope to get my act together.

Gidday Mark,
The one in my avatar, BMW R1150R for last 4 years. Lacks horsepower but corners OK thanks to Ohlins and Aust SuperBike School Level 4.
Just purchased a BMW R1200GS which I will take to the Island this year if I can get it set up in time, otherwise it's old faithful. Every year we take a different route to get there, two days approx 1500kms via the twistiest sealed roads we can find. Please, please, don't rain...LoL.
