Says it can arrive at the value of a website.

Not the value of the name or URL, but the value based on traffic, views, etc.

There is 702 active users on right now, so yes I would say so.

I would also think the website is worth a fair bit more then that.

It's cheaper to host web sites in the US than it is here in Australia. That's probably why it's hosted there.
