Crimson Red AU

Does anyone have a link to a picture of a crimson red AU. A friend is getting one sight unseen, (their VT packed it in.. go figure) but i dunno if the crimson red is the bright red or the dull moron looking red.

Regency and Barossa were the dark maroon looking reds

Hot Chilli Red and Venom were the bright reds

Can't recall a Crimson Red in the AU line up though?

Thanks mate, i started to think as much after trying to search it.

Yeah JimmyD is right - there were only four reds - two plain reds (chilli and venom) and two metallic reds - Regency Red (the best AU colour) and Barossa - which I wouldn't call red, but more of a burgundy.

There was also "Sparkling Burgundy" as well, this being replaced by "Barossa" for the AU III. Sparkling burgundy, like Regency red were carried over from the EL.

could've had a respray? go to a paint place and look at a sample of crimson red. sounds like a mix between venom and barossa. not dark, but not eye popping either.
