Top side of belt
First two kanji symbols - Japan, the ones after that...urgghhh...would have to go searching through a box somewhere to find it... I can't make out the katakana on the bottom line...exactly, and stuffing that up would probably mean I'd call it a street walker, when it's not. If you can get a little closer, might be able to help a little more. From what I can read of it, looks like sukotsutore (that symbol has got me, looks like so but it appears backwards)...
