Top side of belt

First two kanji symbols - Japan, the ones after that...urgghhh...would have to go searching through a box somewhere to find it...

I can't make out the katakana on the bottom line...exactly, and stuffing that up would probably mean I'd call it a street walker, when it's not. If you can get a little closer, might be able to help a little more.

From what I can read of it, looks like sukotsutore (that symbol has got me, looks like so but it appears backwards)...

second line

sukottorando karate rengou "scotland karate union"

that is assuming that i'm reading the kanji right... i find the handwritten style hard to read...

Yup you're right, you read the kanji correctly. Though, the translation of Nihon Karate Kyoukai could be Karate Association of Japan, depending on what the association intended.

Japanese is my first language.
