Default Anyone want job in security controlroom?

Hi Everyone. Just thought I would check if anyone here is interested, or knows someone who is interested in working in a security control room in Sydney. My work will be placing an ad soon. The person will be required to fill holes in our roster when people take leave. 12 hour shifts. The person will be on call. Likely to work about 125 12 hour shifts per year. Will involve weekend and night work. Weekly salary will be offered is the plan. Salary will be about $50,000. Person will need to have a 1e security license, or be able to get one. Might be best to send me a pm and I will get back to you. Our company will need someone who is in it for the long haul. I hope it's ok to be asking on here. Again must be able to get 1E licence. Best to send me a PM.
