Thanks muzzy, great numbers....another 'final' job on the list.
Howling fan is unsettling for passengers (hard enough just getting them in the car...). What proportions ATF : engine oil ? ...And I'm considering an RS2000 for my next (therapy) project. |

Gotta luv the washing hanging out to dry.......
And I hope that is not just the jack holding the car off the floor. Jacks can fail or the car topple. |

Big RS2000 fan but I'm going to have to disagree on the yellow......Rather partial to burnt Orange myself. I've owned multiple RS2000s most were Monza Red (including my current one) but I've never owned and Orange one.

my favourite car was a burnt orange rally pack i owned a few years ago. oddly enough, i never really loved the RS in orange. but Jeffs car was a cracker. i fell in love with a yellow 2 door RS years ago and promised myself that i would have one one day. but i would love the rally pack back. big, big mistake selling that car.

My other escort is a rally pack replica. It's wedgewood blue with contrasting orange stripe. Very different to the original rally packs but mine has a Zetec fitted so it's allowed to be a little different.
I'm buying another 2 rs2000 projects soon. One is a midnight 4th auto that I'll use as a daily, the other is a race car project that will have all the group 4 bits. |
