Default Greetings

Hi everyone,

I have recently bought an 01 AUIII XR6. Looking forward to coming along with my mate (BA XR6 owner) on the East Coast tour and both joining up with the club.

Not sure who we should be looking for on the day? Coming from Hobart so we meet up at Brighton Oval, the one just off the main road (not to familiar with Brighton)?

Cheers
Chris

Hi Chris,

As per Tim I don't know who will come from the south, but I'll be coming through from the NW coast and meeting up at Campbell Town. Will be good to see some more new faces.

Ah just noticed that i had a bit of an oversight on that one

We will meet just near the bridge, there is a park next to it where we normally meet up.

Ah I think I know the one.... It has all the tree stump sculptures in it and on the right just past a little coffee shop as you come in from the south?

Sounds like it'll be a good drive for you guys. Hope you get decent weather.
I'm falconless at the moment after a honda s2000 tried to mate with it and write it off. Somehow managed to buy an Alfa. I might look around for the cheapest nastiest XR to play with. Always wanted an EL

Ouch! Sorry to hear that.

I had an EL previous to my current car (not xr though). Good fun to tinker with. Felt like it had more get up and go than the current AU XR too?... Although I'm looking into this because I don't think it should've been quicker given the difference in engine output.....

-EL Mods
Wildcat Extractors with 2 1/2" highflow cat & exhaust
Tickford Snorkel & airhog panel filter
Xr6 ECU
Manual G/Box
240cc injectors
Dyno 135rwkw 350rwNm

-Current AU XR6 Mods
Pacemaker 4499 extractors with 2 1/2" highflow cat and exhaust
SS induction kit with Airhog panel filter
Not yet run on Dyno

Cheers
Chris
