Default Spoiler Hole Repairs....Advice Please

ive taken the wing off before but i put it back on due to the holes getting a bit of rust...looking ugly etc etc

what should i do to fill up the holes

im gathering i should use some septone car filler but i don't know how to apply it or anythings really...

any suggestions would be great

Long term fix get them welded, short term and hope it lasts for a long time use bog.

yeh as i just sold my wing until i get my new boot/wing sprayed for short term i just bogged it and sprayed...not recomended tho for long time....

weld, fibreglass fill then a thin smear of filler over the top

what product should i use....is bog the same as that septone car filler?
i was thinkin i should fill up the holes...let it dry....put a top layer ....sand it back a little bit...then a little just up paint and a cut
