Default Laser KJ info needed urgent

Hi I have a 97 KJ Laser with a 1.8lt DOHC engine. I am in need of the Head Bolt Tensions and the tightening sequence. Unable to find it anywhere on the site. Would really appreciate some help.
Thanks

Two stage tightening - 76 Nm and then 81 Nm - sequence is similar to the one in the article HERE.

Cheers
