Default Image resizing for avatars

Silly question folks, but how do I shrink a very large pic of my car down to the 100 x 100 size needed for my avatar?

There are a few ways you can do it.

Open the image in paint and then Ctr+W and shrink it that way.

Load it onto tinypic. Web based image hosting site and it will shrink it.

Or even better if you have photoshop, you can change the sizing in there.

If all else fails, feel free to send me a PM, I will shrink it for you and send it back

Cheers
Col
