Default Parts advice needed for MK1 escort for motorsport

Hello all,

I am about to get my MK1 twincam ready for some motor sport and need some advice on what to use and where to get it for the below. I am doing some jymkhanas and track days.

Heavy duty front sway bar
Vented front disc conversion
Some sort of racing seats (pair)
LSD conversion
Full nolethane bush set
