Hey guys, I'm curious, is the factory tint on the LV TDCI Focus, darkest legal?

I doubt it, going by a petrol version, of course. Like anything on a mass production car, though, I'd be certain the tint will be watered down to something acceptable, if not preferred, by the majority of potential buyers.

I noticed it was tinted today when I had a good look at it, compared to the parents cars, its darker for sure.
I'm thinking about getting darkest legal on my Focus and the Fiesta, you know those little windows behind the rear passenger ones, is it legal to go 5% on those? |

It's called privacy glass or something like that. Could be wrong. I put darkest legal on mine and it looks great. |
