I have been watching au xr8's (11's and 111's) on eBay of recent, with the intention of picking one up for the right price.
But my jaw dropped when i saw what this finally went for. i thought it would have gone for around the 8-10k mark i put a bid on it, and thought i may have won it but it just kept on going and going and going. Does anyone have any idea why it reached this much as i have no idea. http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/270825936...84.m1435.l2649 |

No, i have no idea either. A decade old XR8 with over 100k on the clock with a bit of cracking leather and a bit of paint fade for $13.2k?
Price is high, but not extrordinary

One of the best around? ... Mines done 204k's and the leather interior is spotless .. paint is just as good & drives like new. Makes me think i should bump my asking price up than what i thought when i go to sell it in a couple of weeks.

i sold my au11 xr8 200kw this time last year for 6300, although it did have 290000 on the clock and needed a tidy up. I let a series 3 slip the other month which was owned by another forum member, meteorite grey? was the colour bit over 100000 kms and leather as well and that went for 8300ish Im kicking myself about that one! |

here's one out of interest, after you remove the vinyls, low k's and "immaculate" leather.

And I'm 99% sure that it was around the 8500 mark. I've seen that you did quite well with your one, she looks very tidy! |
