Default What's in the shed?

Going through the shed this afternoon and I thought I might make a list of all the spare parts I have for the AU. It got me thinking what everybody else might have lurking around the shed.

In mine I've got:

4x Tickford badges - the big ones for the engine cover
2x engine covers, 1 off current ute 1 off old ute
Set of spare rocker covers
Set of upper control arms + shim type camber kit for the S3 front end
Various aftermarket speaker spacers and grilles
Full set of XR headlights inc. looms and brackets
God knows how many headlight/taillight bulbs
S2 XR 17" rim
Tonneau support bars
FG ute catback exhaust system
XR spec bonnet
Power steering line (the one near the clutch cable)
Chrome inner door handles x2
IAT Sensor
TPS Sensor
Camshaft Synchroniser

I wouldn't mind a few more badges for the stockpile and ideally I'd like to add a complete engine to that list one day but I'll need a bigger shed for that!

Still got a bit in mine

Full set of 5.0 lifters
5.0 heater piping
347 pushrods
5.0 sump - soon to be gone....Cam
XR low beam headlight....cracked
Windsor rollmaster timing chain
Windsor standard timing chain
5.0 coil packs
5.0 set of leads
Enough bolts to hold an AU and an E series together
347 Block.....a little broken
7 1/2 5.0 pistons
8 5.0 rods
5.0 crank
AU T bar knob

I reckon I could go on for days lol

Perhaps I should get rid of some of this stuff.

I do have a plan for the block and 4 of the rods/pistons however. Might be worth a build thread when I get around to it lol.

Hey mate, if your thinkin of moving it on some time sooner or later I might be interested if the stuffs cheap enough..

Im mainly thinking of keeping it for the actual trim material more than the seats themselves.. If I rip or ware out parts of mine, Id never get the replacement material/trim new..

You can actually get replacement material brand new. You just gotta know where to look ;)

I mainly kept the pieces I have for use as a template, for if I ever decide to retrim. All components that could be sewn together, are. But since I doubt ill ever need to do it again, if youre interested Donny, shoot me a PM & we'll go from there

Only last weekend I was searching thru my shed for something...and came across the complete master cylinder (all outlets plugged and with some fluid still in the reservoir) that I removed from my AU2 Fairmont6 (only 182Ks), about 3 months ago!
As it turned out, there was nothing wrong with the master cylinder, the problems were with the calipers, which were all subsequently changed out with new ones!

Anyway...I'm about to ditch it, just thought someone might want to make use of it. It's complete and probably still works fine!

Send me a private message if you're interested, gratis! if nobody calls, it will be gone by next weekend (19thNov).
As my tag says, I'm located in Burpengary, Brisbane north side.

Cheers

Nothing at all in mine!

Mr Repco lives just around the corner so all is not lost

Seriously though, I've always hoarded car parts in the past - especially when I drove Land-Rovers -you kinda have to really with those.
I suspect that Her Indoors would have something to say if I started filling up the shed with automotive tat though :(
