Default Yet another front bar

Well it's nearly done now, just needs a final buff and the stripes put back in and some mesh, Dunno how many of you will notice the differences but there has been some modifying.

I was contemplating on filling in the place for the stripes but it looked like too much work, and then the side stripes will look funny so I'd have to paint them too. So I left it as is

Hence why I've done it : shame the rest of the car isn't an EL though

There's a few subtle things, the major one will stand out once the mesh is in. Basically I've filled in the gap between the top and bottom bits as MADNC_8 pointed out and also filled in around the bottom skirt so it looks like it's part of the bar aswell. The major one is all of the openings have been cut away so they're bigger, including the opening around the badge. Once the mesh is in it will be much more noticeable.

Finally finished it, it's a bit dirty though which is why it isn't as shiny

I've been trying to find a pic to compare it with what it was like before but I can't find any decent ones.

Thanks guys, I'm a bit iffy with the amount of mesh on it though, kinda makes it look "ricerish" but I'll see how it goes

Have you hit something? The bottom of the bar looked dented?

Yeh that's on the left of the badge where it curves up is where I hit the tree, it was a U shape after the accident and it nearly bent back into shape besides the little bend, besides being a cost cutting measure (a new one was over $200) the bend matches the rest of the dodgyness in the bar so I'm not too worried

Hmm not a huge fan of the mesh, but good job otherwise.

Paint the mesh black and it will look less "ricey". But actually, I think it looks great as it is anyway. Just my opinion though.

Nice work there DentEd. I actually like the mesh look. Black would look more subtle but lookin nice all the same.
I guess if the foglight sections didnt have the mesh, it would look less ricer IMO.
