Default T5 Conversion Help

Hey Guys!
like XRated, i want to change my EBII Fairmont auto to a manual but am hesitent to do it all alone...mostly becasue i need my car back on the road asap and dont have ramps or a trolley jack!

Is any one able to help me with the conversion...i am free almost all weekdays and live in the north east suburbs!

What suburb exactly? Sounds pretty far from me.

Your best bet is to try and get everything together (including tools, jack, ramps etc) and do as much as you can by yourself.

I got as far as the bellhousing bolts by myself. But once you know where they are, it's a piece of ****. I didn't realise what people were trying to say when they said to use extensions but it all makes so much sense when you see it. I've now put the flywheel and clutch on, so it's basically the tedious parts of lining up the trans and connecting the loom.

The best way to learn is to do it yourself. I started from not having changed my oil, to replacing the head, springs, shocks, brakes blah blah blah only because I bothered to ask questions and give it a shot myself.
