I have a 1989 Laser GL HBK Auto , KE I think, and it recently has started overrevving from when I startup the car and even when it is warmed up, it is still over revving. When it is in neutral the revving is just as bad. Can anyone help me to fix this myself?

Hi, if you haven't played with it, it's probably a vacuum hose leak/come off. Don't adjust anything 'till you check all options first.

Chrisshu, I could not help replying to your post. did you notice the (op)'s original post date? The car in question has probably gone to Japan in little pieces and come back as a Corolla or Nissan.
