Last post

I now have a new computer on Windows 7, where features are quite strange to put it politely, but I'm sort of getting used to it.

Previously with Windows XP, when I clicked on the 'last post' button toward the right in any of the forum section thread directories, it took me automatically to the last post made in that thread. Now with W7, it just takes me to halfway down the first page of the thread selected, not the last post.

Is there a setting I have to make somewhere to get it to go automatically to the last post of that thread?

This is a known issue. It has been doing it for awhile. It also does it when you open a link from an email for any thread you have subscribed too.

Only does it with Internet Explorer for me.

I've taken to using Firefox when looking at forums.

Thanks for the replies. It is IE that I'm using, so Firefox would be a better choice, as has been recommended to me very recently.

I have been using Firefox for ages on my laptop and I honestly prefer it now over IE.

It is a good browser.
