10 minutes might be a bit of a stretch. The Euro site says it's more like 20 as it's under the dash and means some dis assembly.

Check out the UK Mondeo forum on how to change the filter. Superman might do it in 10 mins!

It requires the glovebox to come apart. NZ XR5 has it, and from what I read it isn't hard just tricky.

Just replaced the Pollen Filter in the MC Zetec. I followed some instructions off youtube; http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qoRicbx4A6o
I did not take the Glovebox out, should I have taken it out...YES!!! It took me around 20mins to do, however the three screws are actually 7mm bolts on the lid of the pollen filter. And the fuse box is a pain as it gets in your way. Not a difficult job, just very tricky... Ford Part No. 35MJ-19G244-AA Charcoal Pollen Filter
