Default Which is the better head? AU vs EF/EL ?

ive read some posts about people asking about changing the heads over, is AU the better head??? on the JMM site the AU combo in its first stage seems to be making 10kw more than the ef/el equivalent with the exact same mods, unless i just read it wrong..

the "AU VCT" quotes on their page are for the VCT engine, which stock puts out more then the standard EF/EL/AU engine.

VCT is variable cam timing, i'm honestly not sure what work would be required to make it work, but it'd require an AU ECU which alone would probably require some major wiring changes.

VCT = variable cam timing, means you need all the AU bits, crank sensor etc, plus an AU VCT ECU to make it all run, not exactley a simple mod.
